Of the seven offices under the Keller Williams Realty- The Rawls Group moniker, five finished in the metro area's top 25 residential real estate offices in terms of production last year. Rawls' Sandy Springs office, Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta, is currently ranked No. 1 in the Atlanta market.

The Rawls Group has had no layoffs, no benefit cuts and no reduction of services, and the vast majority of the company's 1,200 employees are more likely to talk about Rawls "supportive atmosphere," "positive attitude," and "morale boosting" than they are to talk about a market that has forced some real estate companies to shutter their doors.

Shaun Rawls, principal, Keller Williams Realty - The Rawls Group, knows he's operating in a historically bad real estate market. The way he sees it, people in the industry can either throw a pity party or learn how to make money in a down market.

He's chosen the latter. "I'd like to see all seven [Rawls Group offices] in the top 20 in the next two years," says Rawls.
